Getting a similar error here, though the end turn button doesn't grey out, it just goes unresponsive. Happened when giving a unit with 2 movement a 3-tile movement order, though it's worked fine in the past. I could select other units via the left hand list, but not by clicking on their models. Neither the end of turn or pass turn for the individual unit worked.
