Trying to make some space for my ships so they can get to the sea (don't ask - stupid harbor placement) .

Forsake land (at least I think that's the spell's name) - should revert a land tile to water one; doesn't do anything, just spends mana. While I'm at it, let me suggest that it should work on coastal tiles as well (now it's an illegal target for the spell).

Dominate doesn't work either (can it be resisted)? An enemy unit tried to dominate my Ice Lord; spell animation worked ok but I still retain the control of Ice Lord after that.
