When I start Elemental my first save game load or new game creation works fine, but when I try to load a save or start a new game after doing it once the game crashes. Its repeatable 100% of the time for me in both windowed and full screen mode.

If there was a dump zip created in C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic on Windows XP), please post that too.
