In 1.05 summoning is no longer available when creating new sovs...but if you had a saved sovereign they retained the book. Kinda takes away from the intent of the change...
I'm sure you can't just strip away that book and force the sov back into edit mode, that'd be a major hassle. Dunno what you can do since the data is purely local by that point.
