Quoting _PawelS_, reply 6I think (constructive) criticism is more useful for the devs than praises.
i agree, as long as it is constructive. There are a few people who just want to vent at the devs. Thats not useful.
Agreed. It's easy to be demanding and complain about something. It's much more useful to provide quality feedback in a diplomatic way. However, most people online these days have nothing resembling "diplomacy" because they are "A PAYING CUSTOMER" and what they say goes. It gets old, quickly. Have some tact people.
That being said, based on the forums and what I've seen (download is at 90.5%, almost done), I also expected a little more polish from Stardock. If I was Brad I'd have spent an entire day reading everything and checking everything to see if it made sense. I'd also have compiled a "Top List" of complaints and problems from beta and spent a day fixing them. I'm sure there was a lot they had to do but, hell, just get an intern to do the basic polishing work if you have too. With unemployment the way it is it should be easy to find some desperate college kid who is decent and dedicated. Hell, I'll do it if you give me the internship possibility!
