I can' get the game to start in a window now that I have updated to 0.90 . Anyone else with this issue?

Try editing the prefs.ini
A silly question, I cant find any preference.ini or prefs.ini. can you plases let me know where it is?
Mine is in \MyGames\Elemental\prefs.ini
