Playing as an Empire faction, I sent pioneers to harvest an air, water, and fire shard. Afterwards, all 3 said they were now shrines rather than shards, but my kingdom report showed that I had no shards. This was, by the way, after researching shard harvesting. Two of them were outside my zone of control, but the third was inside.
Or do shards now have to be contiguous with other town buildings in .806 like farms do?
