What is unavailable in Beta 3?

I figured it would be more appropriate to post here my question than in the Elemental Beta since it is not a bug report. Don't want to clog that forum up.

So anyway, what features are currently unavailable in Beta 3? For example, my only options for winning a game is conquest. The others are not clickable.

Tactical combat is off. Looks like the other victory conditions are off. Most likely a lot of things aren't finalized. Modding is disabled. Multiplayer is disabled.

I think there's quite a bit else as well.  And there will be stuff in the final game that won't be in any of the betas.

If you considered UI usability, and game balance as 'features' you could probably say that those are not in either.

The AI is also pretty poor at the moment.

I get the impression also that the 'city-building' is going to be "souped-up" to make it more fun quite soon. There has been talk of city 'levels' and increased specialisation such.

Aaaand, map generation is also mostly not there. We have very few map seeds to work with (they're using them to guarantee better maps, instead of all-random), and a bunch of things are still hardcoded, like 40 goodie huts per map regardless of size.
