Stardock will be closed for Easter weekend starting on Friday, April 3rd and we will be returning on Tuesday, April 7th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time, but expect delays in responses during this time.
It really looks ugly with some factions:
I have no problems with purple, one of my favourite colours. So, I disagree?
Cyan doesn't look better...
And the mill has the same icon as the workshop.
Color them based on function, not fraction. Green for food, yellow for gold...
i would say that people should be able to choose a color based on their kingdom/empire they choose
you already are able to customize your souvereign and will be wiith the kingdoms... why not those colours
or maybe one will be able to mod it in???
Good point. Why should they be colored anyway? I don't think the actual buildings need to be colored either. Just a flag somwhere in the city would do. City icons on cloth map could be colored though.
It might be me, but really the clothmap-like improvement icons look very out of place on the 3D view. I can see these being used in Cloth Map Only mode, but I would rather the 3d-enabled game just display the actual icons for the buildings (like shown in the research screens, or actual shrunk images of the constructed buildings).
