[0.804][Bug/Interface] The hero-cards do not update properly

I don't have a screenshot but I noticed this many times: My sovereign is wounded and I put him into a city to heal. Now when I click the end turn button the hp-value of the card and the actual hp-value at the bottom of the page differ. The card does not always update.
