[0.803][Bug] Game freezes at end of turn.

When I hit end turn the game just hung there and I wasn't able to do anything except move the mouse around. The end turn button was not grayed out like the other hang bug. When reloading my game I noticed the auto save was on the turn after it had frozen up on me. However when I hit end turn the tech menu popups up and after I pick a tech the game once again freezes.

I've loaded the game 3 times now and every time it freezes after you pick the tech on the start of your next turn. I've included the Save file since it does seem to be an easily repeatable bug in that save.

Do you have a unit like a ship or caravan that is moving and its path is blocked? That will prevent a turn from ending. The end turn button is not grayed out when this happens as the unit is trying to complete its move.

Well I have the save file posted so you can see for yourself.

I don't have any ships but I have several caravans that have been running around for quite a while so not sure why their path would suddenly be blocked.
