[CRASH][Bug/Graphics] Blur, NPC and Research

Just updated and jumped in for a few turns before it gave me a CTD. (v.802)

1. Blurry screen only fixed when turning off Advanced Lighting. (ATI 4850 1G)

2. Closing an NPC info screen resulting in bringing up options screen.

3. Clicking on Inn and Research button resulting in CTD (Before building a city).

4. Graphical distortion on unit design screen.

resulting in the main screen with distortion also after exiting design screen

5. Not too mention the load screen graphic layering fault that has been there for the last few builds

6. CTD on clicking Kingdom Report button.

In the future, please report each bug in its own thread, and include details as per the reporting guidelines sticky (aside from the debug.err, which is missing in the current build, but if it's a graphic issue then a dxdiag report will suffice). Screenshots would also be helpful when reporting visual issues.

I have the exact same graphical issues with total blur unless advanced lighting is turned off. Turn it off and I get the weird lighting distortion. The screenshots above are exactly what I see so I didn't include any. I also see the menu overlay issue when pulling up the save game menu.

ATI 3870 with latest drivers.

Win XP with latest patches, 2 gig RAM
