A couple of turns after the anomalies I noted in this post, I hit the turn button and got a CTD.

I had a dump file, but unfortunately somehow in moving it to my dropbox folder I lost it. Boy am I embarrassed about that.
I also had a CTD on next turn. This was a new game, not one from a saved file.
