It stuck! I expect that on my next move it would drop back down to 35/35, but I attacked the spider next to her, lost 13 hit points, and she's now at 75/35:
One difference is that the turn before, she had been in the town when it was attacked by a couple of enemy peasants. It was right after that that I moved her out of the town and saw the strange hitpoints.
