Clean install, new (As of 2/28/10) install of Win7-64. Nvidia 220 GT. Most recent updates and drivers installed.
Crashes to desktop immediately after trying to change the screen resolution to 1024x768.
Running dual monitors, both running at 1280x1024.
The only thing I could do to fix it was to change Fullscreen=0 in the prefs.ini file.
