Question: I am currently running the most recent version of the beta on my laptop. The game runs very sluggishly on my computer. It is basically very slow reacting to my actions, for example if I click on something or try to scroll the map it takes a while before the game responds. Is this something that everyone is experiencing since this is still in Beta or does this sound like something that is very specific to some limitations of my laptop? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.
I solved my own problem. By decreasing the anti-aliasing in the video settings from 4x to 2x this problem is resolved. Why did I have to do that? Does that mean I have a crappy video card?
This happens to me, but only at certain periods of time. I'll be playing along normally, then suddenly the molasses will come down, and I'l be a very unhappy geek for about 10 minutes until it clears up again.
