Stardock will be closed for Easter weekend starting on Friday, April 3rd and we will be returning on Tuesday, April 7th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time, but expect delays in responses during this time.
Everyone got the beta email?
So far mine have not arrived. I pre-ordered on 07/08/09. I am worried some billing problem could have happend with my credit card.
If you did not receive a receipt and serial key, contact [email protected].
Make sure it hasn't been sent to the wrong address like mine was...
Also junk mail of course, never know. To be careful do search for stardock/impulse or something in your mail folder(s).
I had some billing problem too and sent a mail on september 17, still waiting for an answer but the week-end didn't help
Also make sure that you have Impulse's See Beta Releases option checked.
