I sent a PM to Frogboy about it even before I got the game installed last night. I assumed it wasn't worth a full topic (and the dangers inherent to any EULA topic) to point out.

But since it's out there, may I suggest a company trip to the parking lot and assaulting the legal department with day old bagels? It does't have to be linked to this issue either, make it a monthy event.

Some day a game designer is going to put the words "User agrees to buy the developer of THE GAME bagels if asked," and the players will go WHAAAA?

anyway: EULA's are not legally bounding in quite a few countries (as far as I know, especially around EU), due to not requiring actual signature. Still used to reading them in case there is something worrisome though, spotted the same (and reference to stardock central as well.. I suppose it should be impulse these days).
