An outpost produces 1 Prestige. If you build a temple, that is supposed to bring 1 prestige, the outpost is still producing only 1 prestige.

Are you meaning that the sovereign and the champion must be in the same city in order to use the bonus of the champion?

That is strange, I don't remember to have the teleport spell available in 0.3 if I choose only Restoration and Earth, but I may be wrong.

I beleive the problem in your screenshot is due to the fact that building outside borders aren't directly connected through adjacent tiles to ypur city center. In other terms, they couldn't be build without additionnal buildings to fill the gaps.

I think I have experienced a similar problem with hut and house. My cities where level 2 with some huts build when I researched housing. When choosing it all my constructed hut vanished instead of being upgraded to house.
When you create a custom sovereign with a shield, you can have some funky things when choosing a pose (like the fifth one) with the shield too close from the sword. You can end up with the sword passing through the shield ;)
When clicking on infocards associated with ennemies, you see that they are travelling to point given by its coordinates. Sadly, you have no way to identify the tile associated with these coordinates

Concerning the linked savegame: sometimes I am able to load it, sometimes the game is stuck (50% CPU, 280MB memory used) while loading it.

BTW, the crash appeared before the savegame was generated since the autosave wasn't the most recent save.
