I will tackle. Living Stone (environment: dead) A race of living stone, they would be suited best to live in rock formations that resemble kingdom buildings. Avoid lava-pits and such. 50,50,50 </s

Count me in Heavenfall.
Happy New Years (Eve) every body... :)
I just hope the OP isn't actually a Canadian. ;) LOL! I always sorta liked Swedish girls...
The Floating Head is using Fireball now. Got killed earlier. Seems to be secondary "burn" effects in action? Took the standard 12 pain, then watched +2, +1 float up as I floated down. LOL! The Scimitar of Death needs to be toned down a tad still. Came across one, in a group of 4 others, about medium based strength, and it alone had 142/88/42. Not a complaint mind,
As for the Guardian, and its deterrent value, something around the same #'s as 2 peasants combined perhaps. I say that because, as a rule, with 2 peasants on site, the problem with monsters attacking seems to go away. What does the City Upgrade option of Random Guardian usually provide for base #'s? That may provide the preferred balance.
Looks good Murteas. Wasn't sure of the exact in Book sizes. :)
Here is a crack at the Mobility spell icon. I thought Leap might be appropriate. It still needs its circle mask but I was unsure which might be best. :) http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8370296/Leaping.png
@ LightofAbraxas Thanks for the code. I will run it up and check the overall impact. I run a pretty basic starting SoV build so the scaling should be apparent as he progresses. I will report back if I remember. <span style="font-si
On behalf of myself, Merry Christmas to you as well Mr. [e digicons]:frogboy:[/e] :)
Ahh OK thanks. Some cool stuff is getting generated though. Found a T5 Dual Weild Hammer set, 45 ATT +++. Just what my SoV ordered at the time. :)
I will check the Bow. The range would have to quite short, being it is listed as a Long Bow though. Next up. New bodiless creatures. The Head and the The Scimitar of Death? They appear quite early and are quite powerful. The Scimitar is 88/45/16 iirc. Any word on what is generating these suckers? Edit: P.S. The bodiless un
Good Job Murteas. Plays well and is not OP at all. Just a minor nitpick but I would ask that you might increase the casting range on the Guardian. 1 means a trip back to town if one forgets to do it right off.
Very nice as always HF but I may have found a Bug/Snafu. My SoV found a kick ass Bow, forget the name, but when equipped and in Tactical, it does not Fire.Clicking sends the SoV a running. I had one of the new champs, who had his bow and he worked. Sorry, can't seem to load Saves so will try and remember to PRNT SCR if I get it, and can replicate, again. <
The same happens if you open the Tile Editor, then the Map Editor and then back to the Tile editor. Crashes every time. Been like that since Beta .00001 Oh, and do not ALT TAB out to the desktop and back. Bad things happen.
And back then folks used words like "EPIC". [e digicons][/e] Now folks use words like OOM & CTD. [e digicons]:X[/e]
Transports grant access to enemy terrain otherwise inaccessible but to those Armies capable of direct assaults. I do agee though, let's assume the wind always blows at 10 knots, not .5 knots. ;)
Oh when we were young! https://forums.elementalgame.com/329473 I think the idea the OP is looking for was referred to as Camp 1
@OP Go here and fills up your boots. :) https://www.elementalgame.com/hiergamenon/techtrees
Not sure of costs as haven't played much Empire yet, but. And yes Balance is forthcoming, I know. Just saying... ;) 1) Sions , or any enemy with, with Critical Strike are brutal. Seeing 3X ATT strikes with 27ATT points on a single unit. (A single 71HP strike kills all but the most sturdy) 2) Lord Hammers appear qu
A transport(s) is a perfect tool to sail an Armed force to the back side of the enemy Kingdom. Nothing like owning their Capital to piss them off and then listen to them whine as they try and sue for Peace. Muhahahahahahhaaha LOL
CDT'd at 194 A.C. Not long after a fresh Saved Game load. Had approx. 5 units on the move. 5 enemy factions, had met only one at this time, we had non-agro pact. Had 4 cities L1-3 with max Caravans routing. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8370296/debug.err
Sorry xStar, perhaps I was not clear, enough. I am 5-10 seasons in and 6-8 tiles out from my first settlement. If I have to do as you say, spec my SoV for WAR from the outset, then I guess a Magic/Diplo based SoV is out of the question. I don't mind danger, but at least provide odds of victory for a 2-man adventuring team, for at least long enough to collect the shiny shit within site of the start point. </spa
Newest Patch, first 2 games. First game. myself and Janusk moved out after settlement creation and weapons upgrade (best available), within 5 seasons were attacked by the little grey folk. 2 enemies, one had 25HP, 6 ATT, 4 DEF, his buddy 18HP 4/0 we lost badly. (game over) Second game. Same as above. same result. Could carry on but what is the point. If we can't roam
I don't think Crystals get spawned without the Tech research. Been a few games now. where without the Tech, no crystals, thus no advanced armored troops...
