Not yet. We're currently working through some late issues to see if we can still make it tonight.

This is working as intended--the final model won't be in the beta, since that sort of thing doesn't really need tested.
especially as I run much more demanding games like Just Cause 2 etc
The game has some CPU utilization issues at present, so you probably won't find a more demanding "game" outside Prime95 until we get things under control. :p
Enormous roundup update for Beta 3 weekend.
This is now fixed internally. It only occurred upon the first use of a new custom sovereign.
A machine completely turning off under load (not rebooting, which would indicate a hidden BSOD) typically results from overheating or a weak/failing PSU.
Please link your debug.err file as per the reporting guide so we can see more detail on your system configuration.
Do the improvements reappear if you zoom back in, or are they permanently invisible? Please provide your debug.err file as per the reporting guide.
Which building(s) is it that does this, and can you consistently reproduce it?
Fixed internally.
What error is being displayed on the BSOD specifically? That will generally give you a direction to look in, at least, to identify what issue your system is having.
1) The most major bug is when I build a city the city improvements screen is completely blank even after several turns.
Some users reporting this issue (not to be confused with custom Empire factions having no techs) have noted that running the game in windowed mode solved the issue, so give that a shot. In the future though, please link the debug.er file externally and post the whole thing--this is just the top of it.
Can't see much of anything with the diplomacy screen open. Can you provide a better screenshot so we can see what you mean?
A screenshot and/or save demonstrating the landscape and which tiles were/were not buildable would be helpful.
It looks like you started a city entirely encompassed by sea and forest, neither of which are buildable (and you can only build adjacent to existing city centers/improvements). A savegame would be helpful though to confirm that that's the case.
Usually the white screen can be fixed by disabling antialiasing, give that a shot.
Misbehavior of stacks with pioneers making cities is fixed internally.
Anyways is there any other way to get into beta without a pre-order?
Nope.
An issue causing mana to not regenerate on the first use of a new custom sovereign has been fixed internally.
This is fixed internally.
I'm playing a custom faction, which may have something to do with it.
It does, and is fixed internally.
Please link your debug.err file as per the reporting guide sticky so we can see your system configuration.
Never saw what LeBlaque has though, that's way too freaky. Mayve it is the same thing: he is on cloth map and the OP on the 3D map.
It's not. Note that the OP's is a texture overlaid over the entire image (different angle than the map grid and you can see regular tiles/fog under it), not a fogging of particular sectors on the map as everyone else is reporting. Everyone: link your debug.err files. If it's a graphic issue, driver version, video card typ
Great find. :)
The default HP of 5 for new units with no research done is correct. Where did you see 13HP peasants?
