Have you been alt-tabbing or does it happen mid-session? You may find better results by running in windowed mode (it will look the same as fullscreen at desktop resolution, but won't have edge scrolling).
Impulse isn't designed to handle multiple registrations of the same title on the same account, so it'd be preferable to use a second account if you wish to purchase a second copy.
We do still plan to release a 64bit version in the future, but it's down the road a ways yet.
Please contact about this. All pre-release orders should have been shipped in the few weeks following release.
What error exactly are you getting? Your best bet is to contact with the details, they should be able to get you fixed up.

PM a moderator the links or use the report button on the posts and we'll take care of them.
and it comes with extras
They will be released to everyone 90 days after they were initially made available. They're just some extra random quests that you'll encounter while exploring map locations.
Are you running the latest update? An issue was fixed relating to this where it could fail to deduct the crystal once you'd mined enough (it should do it automatically and the script will proceed from there).
Well, WHEN will it be available. Today is October 24. I bought from Best Buy and have seen nothing regarding bonus content. I also get thrown back to the home page. What's up?
The Walmart/Best Buy content has already been released. Enter your code here for Walmart or here for Best Buy, then it should appear for download in Impulse.

Looks like this was a double post--let's keep it to one thread on the topic .
You can register games on the My Games tab: But if you're not able to connect at all, that's a different issue and you should contact .
A number of no files found messages are normal. If it's having issues while reading in the XML though, the culprit will be the one after what's listed last in the debug there.
Contact about this and they should be able to get it sorted.
We're planning to, yes.
Once you've located some wild horses on the map and built the harvesting improvement on them, you'll see horses coming in as a resource (in the resource tray at the top of the screen). After that you should just need to design and train units with horses equipped.
Autoexplore is known to cause this as well.
This is usually the case. Boats seem particularly prone, so check them first. Stuck units will generally remain outlined in yellow in the unit tree on the left side of the screen when you try to run the turn.
You have a memory leak problem at that point.
AFAIK stuck turns are not known to have any connection with memory issues. The bulk are due to autoexplore/pathing.
How did you build it? Using the build button to add it to the queue automatically? By clicking on the map? Were you zoomed in or out with city build zoom on or off?
If we prepurchase will we get the sparkly version with wings?
No wings, but it will* get you a fishbowl space helmet. *it won't.

Check the mod screen on the overlay, or via the library button in the workshop. You can upload maps in-game from there.
Because there is no "just the patch". Impulse updates products by checking your installed files against the server and simply replacing whatever differs. Not needing to build and test standalone patch executables for every update allows us to provide more updates more frequently.
