Another user reported over the weekend that this happens after opening/closing the options menu, can you tell if that might be your case as well?

An issue was introduced causing the crystals to fail to hand over to Capitar. We've resolved it internally for the next update.
Did you train units from the one city? Doing so costs population.
Razing a city "salts the earth". AFAIK you should be able to clear the tiles using the Blistering Sands spell, though.
If there was a dump zip created in C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic on Windows XP), please post it via [link="http://www.drop.io"]drop.io[/link].
If you can provide a savegame illustrating these issues, it can help the devs solve them faster. Please upload it to drop.io and link it here if you do.
Please post the whole debug.err just in case there is any other useful info, as well as the memory dump if there was one.
Please open your debug.err file in notepad, and link the contents into a post here via [link="http://pastebin.ca"]pastebin[/link]. This will give us some technical information that can help troubleshoot your problem. The file can be found in My Documents\My Games\Elemental Be sure to copy the debug immediately after the error occurs; if you start the game again, the debug log will be erased and recreated for the new session.
Can you post a screenshot of this to illustrate it exactly?
Please post a savegame showing this behavior to drop.io then link it here and we can take a look.
Check the shortcut's properties, it sounds like the "start in" path isn't correctly set to the same folder as the game.
Impulse Anywhere is designed for just that purpose. You'll need to install Impulse on your home machine but the Anywhere installer has provision for offline activation.

Alright guys, I think this thread has passed the point where it's doing anything productive.
As it's most likely some sort of registration issue one way or another, please contact and they should be able to sort it out.
Have you installed the 1.09b update, not only enabled prerelease versions in Impulse? It appears to work correctly here.
If you're sure you're entering it correctly (it will only contain dashes, 0-9, and A-F), please contact about this.
No response whatsoever.
If you haven't received even the ticket ID autoreply, check your spam filters.
Please contact about this, they should be able to get it sorted.
If you're in Europe, it may take a couple more weeks as it's going USPS and will have to pass customs.
Are you using mouse software from your mouse's manufacturer (logitech, etc)? You may need to set the wheel click to "generic button" or similar.
See this thread for more explanation.

The gamebanshee prizes shipped last week, I'm told.
