Can't access Mod Library from inside game

Hi all,

Like the title says, I can't log in to the mod library for some reason. I registered the game through Impulse, my account shows the key, but when I try to log in to the library it says that my account is not authorized for this title and to register my key.

Thanks for any light you can shed.
