After loading the supplied save game. and attempt to save results in a crash with LH reporting "Out of Memory".
Big David
I also notice this.
I am using the UNMODIFIED beta version.
Are you sure it is not STEAM that is bring back the autosaves? There is a STEAM option to turn this off.
Twice with the latest beta version, I have build cities next to a rive and been unable to build a Pier. You can find a save game with the problem at: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/58964372/002.EleSav
"I tried downloading the 1.12 patch and my Norton Antivirus says it is unsafe and removed it." Same here; NORTON did allow the full install file.
Same here with latest update.
In some item descriptions and othe places, PLUS signs are very hard to distinguish from MINUS signs.
After I load a saved game, quest locations are lost. The quests still work, but their icons now longer flag the quest location.
There appears to be no way to select the site for city buildings.
If you increase the Essence of a city, existing city spells use the old value. Furthermore there does not seem to be a way to cancel and recast them.
"Enduring" is a faction attribute, not a character attribue. All the default starting characters should match the attributes of possible user created characters. At present most are STRICTLY worse than a similar user character.
This makes them strictly worse than user created rulers.

If you press Alt-F4, FE ends quietly but also produces a crash dump.
After getting into trouble, I discovered that copying the relevant subdirectory in c:\ProgramData is sufficient to reactivate FE.
This is contrary to Stardock's normal practice of allowing installation on multiple computers.
After I get a quest I cannot find the quest destination.
Yeah. I cannot undstand the change in wand disposal.
When you found a city. all remining units from the founding stack are ejected to an apparently random adjacend tile. Among other problems, this mayleave the city vulnerable to attack until you can reinforce it.
Markinn still has "Organized". The other leaders who had the trait have been fixed in 1.1. When creaing a leader, Verga's 18 strength cannot be assigned. The maximum strenght allowed is 15.
Where are the update notes now? The link at the beginning of this thread no longer works.
