(beta 5.2) Army does not respond to commands

After playing for some time, I have reached a situation where my army will not respond to any orders.

 

There appears to be no provision to send you a save game file.

Open a ticket and attach the file  or run the support tool and attach the output.   Instructions in:

was too tired to think of this in my first responce.  Has happened to me several times (units would not move at all).  This worked for me.  Save and reload game, units would move again.  Worked every time.
