In another thread on this same subject (a week or so ago) I suggested a partial solution for this.. at least with caravans. I suggested a building tech (lets call it a caravan guard guild) that allows us to spend gold to hire guards to protect them.. that or allow us to upgrade caravans with weapons (or make a traders pack) so we can make caravans that can protect them selves.. another thought.. I am not against only one ring of type I posted this in another ring discussion thread..(some where heh), essentially allow us many rings but only get benefit of one of type, then make more rings like ring of +1 fire damage and so on to add more variety while applying a minor sanity check... however I can live with out this heh heh.

I agree with Sara here.. ten fingers ten rings is not to much.. I also support multiple amulets.. packs, cloaks, and boots not so much.. I can deal with what ever mechanic we end with but the multiple ring thing i like...
Agreed! fully should be just that.. as long as we honor alliance should be no issue.. simple fix is before an attack can be made on any ally tiles, alliance must be broken which forces all units from former ally's land before allowing attack.. another method to prevent the ally rush ( where we ally with nation only to move troops to attack close to capital) add a negative modifier to future alliances call it diplomatic reputation you can use this for any abusive or negative act to make
We have had several threads discussing things like this and other cool sources for quests like bounty boards (mind you not griping about this thread more letting you know others feel same and had similar ideas [e digicons]:grin:[/e] ).. response was these ideas (including ones tied to inns like yours here) were a good idea and might be something to look at for a future releases/update..
actually in 3c it was tech related it is no longer... my current warfare is level 4 logistics, equipment, weaponry, and ranged and all i have to do is hit the "x" key to delete... either it got disconnected, is hooked to some earlier tech, on accident or the text linking it to tech is in error in beta 4 [e digicons]:D[/e]
I have to agree here.. we need an option to disable auto unit creation.. I can make my own much more effectively..
you can build on any resource in your towns area of control, click on said resource choose build option...
just an fyi so far when I exit or on crash elemental still runs for 20 + seconds in process tab even though gone in application tab.. it does finally result in an error and generates standard let microsoft know window...
