Re. the founders badge, in the near future some posters (such as myself) could find themselves decked with 3 badges (GC3 + OWT + E15) - perhaps you should allow some toggles (e.g smaller badges, combo badges, etc.) so it doesn't look ridiculous.

How'd the 8 hours go then?

Go Brad! By the way, do you get assigned to E2015 as well?
Was Dead Man's Draw intended to be a kickstarter at some point?
Cool stuff, thanks for sharing. Though the length of the list makes me wonder if it's meant to be converted into dog hours [e digicons][/e] If I had to prioritize the remaining: 2 AI tactical Update AI tactical perf
I'd join for up to $49 if it includes a preorder. Also, were you intending on opening it for forum regulars only as a result of the discussion on the GC3 founders program? (its purpose, target audience and all that...)
Does it have anything to do with. Agic?
Let's agree then that the set of people who'd pay 100$ also includes: - People who are very lax - People who are very provident and mindful (paying 100$ to get a discount on products far into the future) Sounds like win/win to me :)
I can imagine. It sounds to me like the DLC was more ambitious at the outset and had to be dialed down due to unexpected difficulties, and was wondering if that is so. I know it's painful to have to back down from "promises" in such circumstances, especially if the intentions are good.
I'm curious about how the DLC went from Spouses to Leader Pack.
Warlock 2, FE and Eador IMO have all made steps in that direction, the fun in them was mostly the PvE. But even so, I have yet to see a satisfying endgame formula.
Re. the asymmetrical gameplay: there should still be some pressure to complete your objectives in a timely manner and not just turtle until you have a million high tier units. If nothing else, this is what your symmetrical rivals usually provide.
I'd say the late game mop-up, when the world stops being dangerous. Not that FE:LH is a worse offender than other games, but if you could tackle that you'd be kings.
The way game dev usually goes, it's probably April 63rd ;)
Well it also shortens travel distance a bit. In that sense I'm glad it's gone, because the end result was that I avoided queuing multiple buildings so I could stretch out my city and get that slight edge. On the other hand, I must admit it did provide some peculiar sense of fulfillment. (now, how about letting us build Supply Depots that consume logistics and achieve same?)
Q: are you separating updates from DLC in this discussion? I.e. does the 1 resource strictly work on core LH , or is it shared between that and DLC production?
Cool stuff. For DLC - can I suggest the Animal Kingdom faction?
Looks like there's demand for an avat ar spell
Does giving up rotation necessarily mean ALL rotation, or could you create 90 deg presets? A la SIM city
I don't rotate much, and when I do it's usually just on the tactical map.
Sounds exciting! I wonder how you intend to start the game off with an OP player and yet retain challenge. I would guess the use of power comes with some sort of tradeoff or escalation mechanic.

It sounds interesting, I guess if it's based off the latest releases I'd buy it. I also trust Derek to do good with it.
