(1) 1 direction was blocked by incredible powerfull monsters. (2) 1 direction was an enemy city, which I attacked in the end, but they were double as strong with their the army compared with my army. (3) Random event led to the powerful monsters in my territory just walking around and attacking my army. Soon I was left without any army... So this was the moment yesterday where I was unable to grow compared to my enemie

Its only for helping you sort out the old designs. If you design your own and you click retire, they will still be saved for future games, AND for the AI to use against you. Sincerely ~ Kongdej

If you cannot expand and the monsters are too tough, it helps having raise/lower land and build a military and... "expand"... in your enemies direction :) I have been taking a longer break (Dam ok, I found all my old games back when I had my computer to the mechanics, and now I am lost to them xD). So I can only help you from memory, but a few things you CAN do if you ever stall in progress is See the map: build a few cheap scouts, if you are playing Magnar then use slave
1.3 is the first version with procedural tile yield support. That basically means that the map generator will look at a lot of other factors when deciding the tile yield of a given tile is. The result is a lot more variance.
Ohhh playing on my curiosity... Curse you... And thanks for all of its ^_^ Looks really good. Hm, now I won't be able to intimately know why the terrain tiles have the certain stats anymore :(... Sincerely ~ Kongdej</

Crappy name for a post... Sorry had to get that out. I see one problem with your system, and that is the issues of telling what which does to the player, I like knowing what each shard gives to me, so I know if the next shard is worth grabbing. If I had done the spells they would work in a different manner, probably still get slightly good in large maps, but well, if you have 10 fire shards you deserve to win. I would have a mage have a preset damage bonus to his/her s
Btw, are there any new maps to download? I am looking at FE Modding forums, but the only map mod I could find is the one you linked here.
Beside the official DLC which cost money, I don't think so. I blame the crummy map editor xD... Most players I figure would rather make custom map stamps though (I am assuming here), a map stamp is a bit of premade map which the map generator use to generate the random maps.<
* Edit to add: (Additional mini-rant) I spent some time (read around 50 game seasons) trying to clear out a wilderness area - it was a swampy mess that was difficult to move through, despite my high number of moves. The instructions ere to clear out each scarred tile. Did that. No "conversion". I've stationed pioneers in the wilderness and done laps with my army, stopping on each tile with any improvement, but nothing is happening. Obviously a bug of some sort - but while minor it

Having territory within your borders will brighten up and reinvigorate the land, having a chance (depending on the terrain, not a random roll) to boost the natural resources and give more food. There is a certain spell you can cast within the game. Before the game, you can try to choose the different maptypes, I think temperate should give the best chances for city locations. Also if you have plenty of time you can mak

Did I mention how much I favour the new tiles for the world, that would certainly re-incite my favour for this game (looking at the same 3 types of tiles gets boring in the long run ;)) I really hope you include more different land tiles in the new expansion, or allow modders to add more different terrains. You're making some serious improvements and I really think that this will go a long way towards righting the few "wrongs" with FE, but without true racial uniqueness, it still feels like it falls....short. Give us a unique twist on Orcs, hobbits, dwarves, lizard people, etc. FE suffers for this. Please do someth
