Happens with all the other major wildlands bosses too, so I think its on purpose, though I am not a fan of it. I would much rather see him send out minions... even powerfull minion would be more... interesting.. (Avatar of whoever) Sincerely ~ Kongdej
I do agree having to choose between something like "Hero does 50% more damage against beasts", it can be any number really, as long as you compare it against Warlord "50% wage reduction" (in the sovereign creation screen) the global effect takes my interest EACH TIME, I usually pick a global selection for my sovereign each time. I am not saying the global selections should be removed from the sovereigns, I just think all the global ones should go into background, and all the personal

Could it be worked where hitting escape brings up the menu and cancels any movement in progress (so you'd go back to game and the army would be stopped--I tried this before posting to make sure that did not already happen)?
A little button in the menu bottom left when you have a unit selected, ESC to me usually means Menu so I would never think to use it to cancel movement.<b
I think it would limit the viable selection of spells during a game if you NEED a caster with earth magic and you primary magic to cast Terraforming spells, id much rather see it either be the main focus of Earth spells or dependant on magical research. Sincerely ~ Kongdej
Hmm makes much more sense to me now though xD There is good sense behind this post. I figure that the base value of an item could be similar to its sale value, but there could be a signific
1: *Along those lines, I also think there should be a cost associated both with pioneers and outposts (small, but not zero), and we already know the game can think in fractions of a gildar (so have a pioneer cost 0.2 gildar upkeep, and an outpost cost as much as a typical 3-unit group at 0.5 gildar per season). This would make the strategic choices more obvious, rather than simply spamming pioneers and outposts to capture r

I cant seem to get myself pioneer spamming, but I dont think it should be excessively punished by non-linear upkeep.
