Good Morning again So, I've been playing with the tax settings above, started two games now, and in both cases it appears like the AI is unable to get off the ground. Is there a default level that all AI plays at? (what I am thinking is that there is and it is a 'Low' where as in the original, 'low' is 40% tax and in mine it's only 20% tax so the result is that the AI is being stagnated.) Am I correct with this assumption?
