Good Morning Derek Wow! A big thank you for continuing to work on Fallen Enchantress Legendary Heroes. This was easily been my favorite TBS game to date. However, after the ver2.0 release, things became quite...buggy...to the point where it was next to unplayable. Again, thank you for your continued efforts. I see now you are at version 2.3 and this really tempts me to dive back into the game. However, before I do - I was wondering - is there a 'polishing' patch on the horizon

The only thing I put in my public folder directory is a series of shortcuts to the actual directories I store my data.
HTML5 is garbage. We need a better alternative.
You're using outdated Mods and they're breaking your game ("Wildland Boss Fix" is NOT 1.8/2.0 compatible or at least not fully compatible, but that's not the Mod that's causing the issue you're seeing at the moment; if I had to guess I'd say you're using "Patchwork Mod" or "Faster leveling and XP Gain" or a Mod that changes ElementalDefs.xml). Are all of these mods still compatible with the latest version of the game, LH 2.0 ?
Is this mod compatible with LH 2.0 ?
@ Derek Will LH 2.0 also attempt to address many of the polish and fleshing out concerns the community has had over the various updates? My collection can be found here (some are major adjustment suggestions while others are polishes or tweaks for game balance or game emersion): https://forums.elementalgame.com/452034/page/1/#3443809
My interest has been perked. Have been away until LH 2.0 hits the scene....and now it seems that time is about to arrive. Will be seeing a lot of more me in the coming days. BHAHAHAHA. :)
patiently waiting for LH to be polished. There have been so many posts to that end and no action taken to rectify many game imbalances, glitches, and oddities. Don't get me wrong....still a great game overall, especially with the suite of mods from the community. (but those are only as good as steam not screwing them up....which happens regularly.) Will be waiting for LH 2.0 and making judgment then as to whether or not I play again...
I'm nervous. I truly hope he doesn't screw it up. Ignoring the original canon found in the 19-years following the battle of yavin is going to upset millions of viewers.

I hoping for a pre 2.0 patch that does nothing but focus on gremlins and rounding out content. By gremlins, please refer to the many posts found on this forum by Primal_Savage. By rounding out content, I refer to things like a Kingdom race not having a life shard creature with the Binding trait.
I don't buy EA games specifically because they buy out successful software companies and tank them. EA is a cancer.
Good Morning I posted this when 1.6 was out, but I don't think much has changed since: https://forums.elementalgame.com/455625/page/1/#2 All mods can be found here: https://forums.elementalgame.com/446461/page/2/#1
Be patient. They often have 50% off sales on all their DLC and major titles.
Bottom line is, if you use steam, you can't complain. If you don't like steam, STOP using it. Steam will only continue to act as it is so long as people are willing to pay for it. As for me, I only have 2 games on 2 separate steam accounts. This way I can play either when I want and IF steam decides to lock out one account, I don't lose my other game. However, even with all this in place, I find steam WAY too frustrating to use; forced updates, crashes, an ever changing EU
For me, it's that they still have building rotation disabled, despite the manual placement option being selected. I miss being able to rotate the buildings in order to provide maximum aesthetical value to my cities.
What amazes me is how many people play this game, it's still in the top 5 most played games on Steam.... I really don't understand why.
More than likely, it's the multiplayer aspects that are drawing them to the game.
+1 An excellent DLC! :) Very pleased with the results here too. Gives more depth of the strategic and tactical maps.
Civ V is boring. It does not come close to the quality of gameplay found in Civ IV. If you are insisting a 'Civ V' experience, I recommend Beyond Earth. It'll still wear on you after a while I think, but it's good for 3-4 games. Quite frankly, the lack of unit stacking really kills the game. There isn't enough space to move your units and it turns into a huge board of attrition. It's a bit of a shame really, as mechanics could easily have been ad
Thanks for the 1.8 patch. :) Was hoping some of the items discussed above would have made it in....but from the speed at which this patch was released, I'm guessing it was tucked away for QC pretty quick. Hopefully the above discussion will make it into 1.9 patch? [e digicons]:inlove:[/e]
I like LH outposts. Only thing I don't like is that they don't defend themselves. Would be nice if there was an 'archer tower' or 'stable' or 'barracks' : Upgrades that provided a variety of base units that would defend the location against attacks, similar to city defenders in cities.
woot! Just bought! :)
Woot! Another DLC to purchase. :)
