To answer the title of your post: Low polygons with poor textures and effects in a 3d environment. Specifically for LH: Cities, Rivers, resources, basically everything is justified to the squares of the map. This is definitely dated and it feels lazy. Also the biomes should be more interesting and contrasting, each one should have its own effect on the game, and there should be more of them.
Quoting GFireflyE, reply 5agreed. I think it would be facinating if instead the bear would conquar the city and it would become its lair, pumping out more bears. You would then need to take your city back. Yes!! If not exactly that, then something similar or in the same ballpark.
Call it Wrigley Field.

Tactical spells that are active for only one tactical turn are pretty much useless unless they are REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEALLY powerful. Having to use an action to cast a 'meh' spell which only lasts one turn will never, ever happen. Don't forget to make these spells ramp up with the number of shards under the player's control. There are already existing spells which ought to use shards as power-ups but don't. I also like the idea of using character level

I bought into the EL alpha as well. It's a great start, but I haven't picked it up in a couple of weeks. I'll dive back in after a few more updates add some meat to the bones. I've actually been getting re-acquainted with TESV lately, when I've had the time to play anything.

The design choices are odd, e.g., dialogs that look like error messages when they are infact giving you options. ONce again the characters don't appear to be under your full control, you try to move them into a certain hex and they won't, but also you get no feedback as to why.
I can unders

I haven't tried that one yet, but Amplitude seems to be doing things the right way. I bought into the alpha of Endless Legend and am having that 'one more turn' experience myself. What's gonna happen when the game is fleshed out? [e digicons]o_O[/e]
- Does it add just leaders? If so, imo each leader should have something unique about him. I heard 3 new abilities were released....so that's 3/12. I saw one leader was a dryder, so that brings it to 4/12. However, about the rest, do they have new items added to the game perhaps? New quests? New buildings? How is the game changing other than 12 custom sovereigns?
The mancer leader starts with a horse and a new set of gauntlets

Faction differnentiation is weak on several fronts Faction traits could be more aligned with game lore and more unique, less spreadsheet oriented Each faction should have its own art style for buildings and equipment, and the environment it spreads. I'm surprised this hasn't vastly improved over the years. Each faction should have unique buildings (a few for each faction) and techs (not the entire tree) which reflect that factions pros and co

At least, if I understood that right. I had some connection issues during the stream. You are correct on that one. They were not sure if they were going to do a Gal Civ 3 cast. For FE:LH they are going showcase some of the new things and
