[0950 Bug] Ice Elemental in Tactical is Smoking Doobies in FE Beta

Derek - if you summon an ice elemental in tactical it never enters the initiative queue. However, if you cast haste on the unit it suddenly adds it to the queue and lets it act multiple times (almost like it's calculating the order but not actually putting it in the order).

[0.950 Bug] Wellspring Range is Self (That's What She Said) in FE Beta

Derek - tried casting Wellspring and it appears the range is self instead of the proper unlimited. I accidentally clicked an enemy army and tried to cast - it centered the map on my sovereign. I then tried casting on a friendly army - same thing. Then I was unable to end turn so had to shut the game down and restart.
