But remember some things are harrder than they look to fix, or a quick fix can break other things. I think the Devs will get to them, but not all the stuff is going to get fixed in one patch, and I would guess some of the stuff changed goes hand in hand to more down the road. As the core is changing in places the support must change as well. Not to mention some changes occur that get missed in a change log. So lets see whats what before calling the Doom
I have been working on making a few Battle Tiles that have a lot going on, Terrain, Blocked Areas, (Trying to add triggers), and so on. If life goes right I should have 4-6 finished this weekend, and was wondering if anyone would take a look at them. Wish we had a way of just setting up Battles to test but I have not found it yet. Also waiting to see what 1.08 brings to the table. Has anyone found a way to have the Battle Space Larger? Thanks Le

Richness Please If you make it easy for us to TAG our Tac Battle Fields, so they add to the game in the right spots. Like each Tac Tile can have up to 2 Terrain types it could be used from, Mountains & Hills, Hills & Plains, Hills & Swamp, and so on. Then if Fighting on Hills, any thing marked with Hills could be used. The Main issue is these need to be added Easily, by just Dropping in a folder, or better by just Downloading the Files. Attack Rolls If Attack Value was 20, Level 2 Creature 5+((Random Number (2*2) to 15)) In this case 5+(Roll of 4 to 15 or Min 9 Max 20) 25% of Attack Value + ((Random Range(Level*2) to 75% of Attack Value)) DEF could be left a 0-Max Roll, or Use a Similar type roll. Until the Attacker gets to use all units, changes, I would seem little needed. Right now First Strike and can not be Counter Attacked seem to be the same end result. I think the Map opening a Map is coming so the MAIN map can be the Star Map, then each system can be a Dungeon, and each Planet a lower level. Seems doable once that is in. Perhaps not easy but doable. Lee

I like it as is, not as cartoon as say Armoured Princess, and the style is very good IMHO for the setting. But if you want to Go For It, the skins are easily changed, and you can have what ever you want. I was thinking of a few of the undead to drop in here and there, but that is the beauty if you do not like it, change it. But I think it is a bit wrong, and harsh to say the art fell flat, in screen shoots it looks a bit dull, but playing the game it works for me.

Mainly it takes a lot more code and work to do the simultaneous, as you have to work out all the exceptions, If 2 units move to the same square, and things like that. The Initiative system is more of a Tweak than an overhaul, and would allow the "back and forth" stuff Brad was talking about. Both can be good systems, Init would be I believe fairly easy to do. Well remember Each Champion can summon a spy, ones Imbude that is, and then you can stack 5 in an army, with 5 Party of Demons, and have a 50 pts of non blockable Damage, then some heavy hitters. That 50pts will clear out most champs, and the Sov. Seems a bit much, and I have seen with XP those Spys cast more than once a battle, so now 2 Turns 100pts dam to all foes. Lee
