It´s a niche spell, i think that shadow bolt may be a good choice.

I reinstalled the game 1.02, installed your mod. And find a fire elemental lair, the bug i posted before only happens in lairs, not roaming fire elementals. SAVE Edit: also i cant upgrade the warhammer units to lightning hammer. Armor and arcane armor technology gives magical armor, making impossible to upgrado your units to chainmail or light plate.

Strange bug with the fire elementals, if they use embers it seems they suicide and if i inflict some damage they instantly die, they disappear from the tactical view but its turn card doesn´t and when its their turn to move nothing happens and the game just hung forever. edit: i am fighting a lair of fire elementals, the first one using embers seems normal, its the rest. The warhammer have this "unit sttruck suffer -1 to initiative" but the mace and the maul doesn´t. Also the fist two wepons cost metal. Is this intended?

What i meant is that beyond carismatic at lvl 3 the governors don´t get more governor path traits at lvl up. I leveled a governor to lvl 10
Hi, very nice mod. I love the changes to heroes. I usually play with henchman and make one or two governors per city, but it seems there is a bug when i level the governors past lvl 3, they get creativity +1 to growth, no other governor path traits shows up. The Hold trait you get from the path of the cleric doesn´t work, the unit nover lose a turn. I can´t build the sacrificial altar, it is listed in my buildings but i hit the build button and nothing happ
I use all paths. True strike is almost useless, except when you fight really high dodge units. Path of the defender have good unit buffs, shieldwall is amazing, need taunt so the defender trait becomes usefull as the units tends to attack lowest hitpoints units the defender usually never gets attacked +2hp per level and endurance makes them hardy as hell .Hobble should pin the unit not reduce the units movement. Are there unique quests?, the quest spawn but you already did it, so you can´t do it again, quests maps should only spawn repeteable quests.

I am playing kraxis, custom sovereing. I can´t rise the life magic school, the trait never shows even after 10 reloads, of my heroes when they level up. I didn´t try to do the same as a kingdom custom faction with betrayers trait and death magic.
I think the potential traits should be removed, only keep knowlege and boost it a little.
You have to go back to the quest location with the blade in the inventory of the main hero, not equiped, and then you get the reward.

Ok more feedback on Resoln. Right now i can wipe everything really soon, stack of cyndrum demons, young 9 units 40 hitpoints per unit 360 hp, and this is only for the young version at level one. Thats too much. Just corrupt every shard and take over the world, nothing can stop the cyndrum demons.Making the other ones almost irrelevant. As for the crow demon as a caster i agree, but giving them +1 lightning damage per level combined with high initiative and movement would make
Hi, nice mod. I really like how hard is to expand, those neverending mites, darklings and bandits. But, i lose a few cities due to three slags rampaging through my lands, that is hardcore [e digicons]:cylon:[/e] . Leveling heroes is a little bit fast now, but almost there. Now you can defeat Verga´s juggernauts using magic, not only with your sovereing. It´s almost imposible to use henchmans due to the wanderlust faction trait costing two points and heroic
Inside your influence you can cast carruption,it´s in the spellbook i think you need death worship faction trait, be sure you didn´t build the shard, you must w8 one turn to harvest the death shard after casting corruption, the spell works for me :)
