[.98-BUG] Betrayers-kraxis-Hero- Life magic lvl up options not appearing

I am playing kraxis, custom sovereing. I can´t rise the life magic school, the trait never shows even after 10 reloads, of my heroes when they level up. I didn´t try to do the same as a kingdom custom faction with betrayers trait and death magic.

You can not level up life magic with fallen build.
