Yeah, you should basicly never auto resolve. The game acts strangly when you use that option.
I am sure you can go back to 1.09e by unchecking the option to see pre release versions and then shift right clicking on elemental in impulse and selecting to verify the install. It should then tell you that you are using the wrong version and revert you to 1.09e
Sneaky
I am not sure. A clean install is the only way I know of but there may be a better way. Good luck.
I think that is only because you are using the beta. If you shift to the non-beta version i think it should work fine.
FPS? lol most of those were not even a little FPSish. I do agree than games in general need to be more about content and less about graphics/exploding heads. (though there is nothing wrong with high res exploding heads)
Heh, star you made me remember this old joe camel pokemon comercial. http://www.collegehumor.com/video:23267
You guys are missing the easiest names ever. Elemental : Copper Elemental : Gold Elemental : Silver Elemental : Lithium Elemental : Not like they are gonna run out of elements anytime soon. Dunno how effective your marketing would be though ;/
Quoting Wintersong, reply 7 Quoting FatNonFree, reply 5you should be able to research the other magic books that you don't pick in the beginning of the game later like the book of fire air etc Scared of being forced to make choices in sovereign creation? actually i agree. it seems odd that a mega powerful end game sorceror should have no way of discovering magic available to some start-up hedge wizard. i'm not saying it should
I think you can only arrange marriages without the tech if the ai offers it, though, it is a bit lame when the ai is like "Hey lets arrange a marriage" player "Ok, cool" ai "WTF? why would I arrange a marriage with one of you losers? Get off my lawn!"
Oh, and i guess that you can cram more skinny people in 1 building. Makes sense i guess.
I think it happens because they have 1 or 2 food generating towns and others using that food. Since you take the leech town, you deal with the needy thing. Wonder if you could gank their food generating towns and starve out the others :) .
Yeah, it is pretty lame when the game starts... and ends 2 turns later due to a wolf stopping by for lunch.
So... if there are so many creatures that cities get destroyed (even when defended) by wandering mobs.... Where the hell are the thousands of people migrating to me cities from? I mean if there are thousands of people around, and hungry wolves with WAY better stats than them. How is humanity surviving long enough to join a channeler?
I would still like to know why houses eat food not people. why do people that live in huts need so much more food to live than people who live in villas? It makes no sense ;/
Lol. I always thought Robert Jordan was a bad writer with a bad ass imagination. His story was very good. The magic system was interesting. The writing could at times make you want to jump off a bridge. It was worth it though because the story was amazing.
I think the solution here is to buff sov hp and not to nerf this spell. I mean really stacks of units have hundreds of hp. We need magic that can deal with them. The issue is currently that sovs die too easily when compared to normal unit stacks. Con points need to grant dramatically more hp.
I don't smell fish, more like a dirty diaper. People rage so quickly over such minor things. No perspective.
Wow is a quality game but suffers from the same problem all MMOs do. After a point it gets very repetitive. Some people can ignore it and do the same things every day with the occasional new instance + interaction with other players keeping their interest. Unfortunately for a lot of us it just gets too dull doing the same dailies every day and running the same dungeons over and over. Either way in my opinion it is worth the money. I burn out on MMOs pretty
I like the idea of mana/turn for food. I mean the whole idea that the world is messed up and you are using elemental magic to fix it has a good feel to it to me. Nice to be able to focus your magic on developing your nation. Fits the lore well imo.
Yeah, I have to agree with this. Currently every game you settle, wait a few turns (wasted turns) then get a workshop. Then you can start playing the game.
What kind of guys did you fight against ? Because those light-plated soldiers Resoln throws at me are totally immune to bows. And that's just light plate :/.
You may be running into the invulnerable unit bug.
I want to know why it is that people in nice houses eat less food.... WTF?? If I live in a hut, damn I am hungry, but if I live in a villa I don't need much food at all? Wait... what?
Sorry, haven't played much since that one game with said issue. I will try get a save as soon as i can. Finals are dramatically reducing my game time. Curse you georgia tech.
The current system doesn't really stop spam anyway (unfortunately). It is still just better to snatch all the food around and zerg cities. I wish there was some kind of major bonus for focusing all your wealth/power/time in one or two cities. Allowing people to trade one resource for another at carefully balanced rates wont really make city spam worse than it is already.
I would also set the autosave timer to 0 so it saves every round. Otherwise the crashes will piss you off a lot. I think people say more saves = more crashes, but they also = less lost turns.
