Is Champion Bonanza completely compatible with XtraDeconstruct, as well?
I don't see any files in XtraDeconstruct which would be incompatible with Champion Bonanza but I think it's safer to ask Primal_Savage directly. I will use a "Summon Primal_Savage" scroll and attempt to bring him to this thread.
:D Well, he does get around on these boards, but I suppose I can also do an invocation in his XtraDeconstruct thread.

Of course if you take the CoS version.
I didn't just specify CoS, though. I included XtraDeconstruct. And it pays to be sure about adding mods to one another in advance.

Finally, I get to play this mod on a 64-bit machine with 8 GB RAM. Oh, the power! :D
Building rotation and building placement have been buggy for quite some time now.
And there seems to be some talk from Frogboy of eliminating it altogether, to allow for fancier graphics. Might as well give up something that doesn't often work right, for something that looks better. Either that, or fix it fully.
Should be an easy mod fix, surely?
Make sure you have the accessible RAM to handle both the game, and the media player. I tried that once on my no-longer-current machine, and got a BSoD almost at once. Consider something very Renaissance-y, like the dances of Susato, Praetorius, or Brade. Or if you're into keyboard stuff, William Byrd. :)
- It would be really helpful if, in the Hiergamenon, there was a search tab in addition to the others. Typing would retrieve information based on the 'titles' from all the other tabs so that you can quickly find information you are looking for instead of having to browse through the tabs.
This is a point I made back in mid-beta. Maybe its time has finally arrived.
Pariden--because on a Medium map or smaller, with decent enemies, they just don't get the time for the slow growth they need to push magic. Creates a nice challenge.

That's great. At the risk of appearing to push, do you have any ETA on that? And will that information appear elsewhere? It is useful to have; it just overwhelms Details.
My apologies for being inaccurate. When I bring up my ruler's screen, the following tabs or buttons are available along the bottom: Details, Equipment, Trade/Shop, Traits Details, not Spells, as I wrote. Details contains so much information now that it's overwhelming. I just thought that it were possible to add another tab or button, and move Trades under that, it would make things cleaner.
Sure thing. I'll look into it.
Well, thank you! For what it's worth, I'm using the CoS version, but I suspect that won't make matters any more difficult. :)

That's one hell of a craft. :D
Oh, clever, clever fellow. :D
Thanks. I need speed, and RAM, and USB3 ports out the wazoo, and only moderate gaming capabilities, for when I play--which isn't that often, these days. But when it is, I agree with our Beloved Leader, that a 64-bit system with plenty of RAM is the way to go. As I mentioned in an earlier thread, that would be where we'd head if we picked up a rig this year. And if it can run FE, and Skyrim, and Europa Universalis IV...? I'm happy.
Thanks for catching that. I've updated the config with those, accordingly.
Yes to Jafo's points, above. OS operations are sped up, and I do tons of work with a great many sound files, and some games that are so heavily modded they take up forever. I've held off on running Skyrim just because of that--my Morrowind and Oblivion modlists exceed the maximum allowable (over 254, if I recall correctly) by combining some. Just like RAM, you can never have too much drive space. Besides, if you began computer life with a TRS-80, the idea of [i]
With the excellent points made earlier about Intel vs AMD, I've been feeling uneasy about sticking with the latter, even given the online site's significantly higher price. We went to Microcenter, and were able to secure a reasonably good Intel-based CPU, in a package that came up about a hundred dollars more. No 3 years warranty; no free keyboard and mouse. But all in all, not a bad machine: Intel Core I5-4670K Asrock Z87-Extreme3 ATX LGA 1150 E

That's cool. We're going to tackle Microcenter sometime tomorrow, and see how much they would charge to build a computer with this configuration. I'm going to try to put together an Intel config from the same site, and if I do, I'll post it, here.
