I've never posted a screenshot to this forum, unlike several others I've been on, and I don't see any commands to permit it. I can shoot you a screen to an account, or if you can tell me what to use to post one, I'll try capturing the screen and placing it here.

Also: did you create the event, "Eric's Adventurers"? Because the unit you acquire, those Adventurers of Eric, have platemail proficiency, but only padded vests. I don't think they can be given platemail, can they? Of course, if they're scripted to acquire platemail when you finish their quest, that would be something.
I'm getting what I *think* may be a mod bug. In my current game, I've built two altars: order, and air. The order one shows up top as providing +1 mana, but under it, is String Not Found. The air altar seems to be producing no mana. Actually, it is: under the city that has possession of that altar, it shows as producing 1 of the mana that contributes to its production total of 4. So it's a reporting error. I'm using your mod. CoS, CB, and BMB--with your
One other request, besides the summons I mentioned, earlier. It's sometimes overlooked, and it's not exactly what you asked for, but still: For a Spellpack DLC, I'd really, really like to see the AI be adept at handling whatever spells you add, right from the moment it's offered. Not a week, or a month later. And I know this is difficult, because every time you give the AI extra choices to make in any given situation, you have to code all the potential p
Gore Vidal's Julian.
Aside from FE:LH? Dominions 4. Crusader Kings II. Europa Universalis IV. Pretty much those, at the moment.
I recall there used to be an Earth spell to revive land, but I haven't played up Earth lately enough to see if it still exists.
Summons. Many more summons. That will make the summoning track more attractive, and potentially more varied, as well as interesting. Summoning that also depends a bit at high levels on multiple elements. Perhaps a magma elemental if you have earth and fire. A storm elemental for air and water. Just thoughts.
My impressions are that they've cycled back to the bare minimum of buildings, most likely to include all the others we had with DLCs in Tropico 4. So it seems (at least, to me) a pretty transparent attempt to just sell-sell-sell starting again with just a bit of a game, and without really doing anything distinctive with game mechanics. Again, just my views.
Nah. The administrators did some corrective updates a while back (that's why FE mods don't have such a big difference between their unique and total download numbers in comparison with the more recent LH mods) and they explained that in some instances, a single download was sometimes erroneously counted multiple times and artificially increased the number of total downloads. The problem probably persists to this day.
<
Quoting Glazunov1, reply 32To the second: I'd suggest that if someone wants to make magic very powerful in their game and choose to play the leading magic-using ruler, what's wrong with that? It's their game. Leave them the option. It wouldn't be your choice, and it wouldn't be mine, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't have the option to play a game balanced in their favor, in any respect. Or against them,
@Primal from Primal Could it be that linking the Nexus files directly in the OP prevents the downloads from registering as unique when links are used? Or how about Google spiders, are they doing this? That could explain why the optional files have more downloads than the main file (You need a registered account to download the main files as it is > 2MB)
I
The problem with magic in LH isn't that magic is balanced it is that the AI can't use half of it. Magic has to be balanced to be fun. How does for instance making firebolt free and do infinite damage make the game more fun? Oh I know lets make enchanted hammers do nothing at all, that sounds fun. The seriously OP spells are what ruin fun. Like airwalk used to be. The game wasn't fun when I could basically teleport aro
Your mod does currently work with CoS, correct? What needs changing? And are you seriously thinking of implementing some form, however minor, of crafting? Because that's really needed in the game, and I suspect Brad won't issue it until FE II. Since it would be a major new feature, rather than more of an existing one.
Ok, then why do i encounter games with fun balanced magic? And, suddenly, these games support multiplayer.
Maybe Illauna's definition of fun is different from yours? I see magic in a strategy game as fun if it's dynamically unbalanced. I don't want to play a game where all the sides are necessarily equal. I want to have the ability to be weaker, or stronger, than someone else, and set up challeng

Exactly what did you have in mind? What specific spells? Why create a magic-using class, when there are no classes; and any ruler or champion can be a magic-user with its own set of strengths and limitations?
I seriously hope one day TBS Games will wake up and depend on military might instead of sweeping away human players with research cheats.
You'll be waiting a long time, given that AIs can't typically cope with the adaptive ability of humans. In the meantime, play something much simpler in its basic units and moves like chess if you want to lose endlessly and honestly.
I do have a question for XtraDeconstruct users. Maybe it's not really a question, just trying to understand. On Nexus (Files) XD_MOD_PR (Path of the Ranger Compatibility file) has been downloaded 33 times but only has 6 unique downloads (33/6). That's 5.5 download per unique download. There's also two other files w/ more than 4+ downloads per unique download. XtraDe
Nope UNbalaced is the way to go and leave OUT Multiplayer altogether. MOM proved it works and it's a lot more fun playing with unbalanced races than playing basically the same template just a different skin or look. I'll always want unbalanced and no multiplayer from now on. P) Multiplay ruins games variation of the factions makes them more fun and gives the game longevity like MOM.
Each
Quoting jutetrea, reply 6 The creatures themselves aren't THAT useful - I use the air ones to scout and the earth ones aren't terrible. They do artificially increase your faction power to possibly help you keep up with the AIs. I find them to be quite useful. You have to baby them a bit at the early levels, but with the right enchantments and experience, they become quite a threat
