I like 1. very much, would be nice to be implemented. For the rest i guess they are already working on some changes.
And the added/2ndd benefit you get from these resources could only be unlocked via some tech research.. which would give more reasons for tech research. Shouldn't be available instantly perhaps? Still, great idea.

[e digicons]k1[/e] Yeah, what he said.
When not playing Elemental: 1. my girlfriend 3. myself 4. The Guild 2 Renaissance (even more buggy than Elemental, but then it appears all JoWood games are). 5. Dragon Age
first off, love your work Heavenfall. Second, that's kind of my point, let's do it now before it's necessary when everyone goes hog wild and starts creating or discussing mods. Heck, even I've thought about getting into it. [e digicons]:S[/e]
forget what I typed... ooops. [e digicons]O:)[/e]
Hi everyone, Not being a modder, I'd love to see two sub-forums under the Mod category that is broken down somewhere along the lines of "Finished Mods" and "Proposed/WIP Mods" I say this because I'm lazy and am tired of opening threads with interesting Mod titles only to find that at the moment it's just a thought in someone's head that may or may not ever get done. This way I could simply open the ones I know are completed and decide then if I want to d/l it.&nb

Then i dont mind if it takes another week before we see another patch, i just want that preformance fix.
Well, so long as you want it, then, by all means SD, do it! [e digicons]
I had the same problem and followed a thread on some other Stardock forum about it. Turns out it's broken on most of their sites for some people, but works for almost everyone if you log into https://www.joeuser.com and change it. Dunno why. Since it's the same ID, that propagates to these forums.
yeah this. I did a "search" (gasp [e digicons]:omg:[/e] ) about avatars and found someone explaining you had to do it
You'll get it when you get it. We all want it, creating yet another thread about it is just unoriginal.
Looks great.. does it slow things down? Cloth map is only good way I can play right now, can't afford to have it slowed down any. :)
You, sir, rock.
This is a great great list.. but is there any way to separate this into two lists? Released and Work in Progress?
I've not read the thread since I'm only half way through book 5, but if you can pull this off, even in the most basic of ways (ie having all the major and minor families), I'd play this ad naseum! [e digicons][/e] Good luck!
I think the randomized system reflects more accurately the spontaneous nature of scientific discoveries... the administration sets agendas, but the actual breakthroughs can be pretty unpredictable.
Agree, I like how not all options show up every time. That is original and interesting to me.

I dont hate Stardock, i dont hate brad and i dont want to return a great game. What i do want is that a product that i purchase has a reasonable chance of actually working, i dont feel im being a troll or a cry baby. You folks goin "Waa waa waa they cant make it work on e

People seriously need to find another hobby.
At the very least, they could stop being so f'ing lazy and post their complaints on one of the MANY existing threads already dedicated to this. Another sign of the selfish need for these types of people to have everything spood fed to THEM instead of using the f'ing "Search" tool.
I want my "year of free updates" to start after the game is released in a polished, stable, and somewhat balanced state. I don't want them to cut their development cycle short 6 months just to give us a year of updates. We lose 6 months of updates!
This is actually a pretty good point. But who are we/you to say when it's fully "polished, stable and balanced" if you used MY standards,

So do us all a favor and return your game...quietly.
This. Exactly. I'm sure the millionth "I hate the game. Stick to your gamers bill of rights" post is The One that makes them see the light and do whatever it takes to make YOU happy. Tsk tsk.

I'd rather they spent time on fixes/updates than spending time trying for you to come back.
"Gamers shall have the right to demand that games be released in a finished state." So, when did people forget how to read the actual meaning of words? You have the right to "demand" a game be in a finished state. Where has Stardock or Elemental in ANY WAY impeded your RIGHT to DEMAND a finished game. So, demand away. Demand all you want. Demand today demand tomorrow. I'm not sure I read anywhere that they would immediately submit to YOUR de
I think a method would be to implement a system where the more cities you build the higher a "risk of revolution" you have. What I mean by this is cities start leaving your empire/kingdom if this "risk" rating gets too high, just like your borders expand if you have high influence. The break-aways would become new independents (or if captured could revert to original kingdom/empire)
[e digicons]k1[/e] I also would like to see this in the game. Or at least, a reason as to why they weren't. I'm ok with people saying "listen, we wanted to do this, but it proved too difficult for X reason. So we dropped it." But I don't want to see people simply ignore it hoping we don't say anything.
Not trying to be a prick, but there are a million "out of memory" threads.. do a search, you'll see. No need to start yet another one.
I would also like that random cities from a faction you conquered would at some point rebel and become independents with a random character (rather powerful) become the new sovereign for them. And when I say cities, I mean more than one, and put them close together so they can support each other as if a region of the kingdom rebelled. Have this happen to the AI as well so you can ally with the newly rebellious regions.. or if the original kingdom isn't fully conquered, they simply
I'm at work, so I can't remember the exact name, but I'm pretty sure it's in the first drop down menu (one on the far left). I found that I had to repatch.. but it was at the very beginning, so I'm not 100% sure I even patched to begin with. Glad to help Helen. ;) **after seeing your 2nd post.. yep that's it!**
