I purchased the limited edtion of this game. I played it A LOT when it first came out, despite all of the crashes, but now I haven't played it in weeks. Because for the past couple of weeks ONE bug keeps me from enjoying the game. Despite researching Tools of War or Defense, I cannot design units completely. No matter what, the only armor I can put on them is a shield. The icons for any other types of armor I have unlocked do not even show up. Because of this I cannot arm my troops an

I can't design Units to the full extent. No matter what faction I am, no matter what i research, the only weapons available to design with are the basic starting ones, and the only armor upgrades I can put on troops is a shield. Absolutely NOTHING else shows up. It is making the game unplayable because I can't design any units, obviously.
When I design troops I cannot put any types of armor on them. The only available armor, even if I have EVERYTHING researched, is a shield. This is putting me at a huge disadvantage in the game, as I cannot design decent troops. Does anyone know of a fix?
When I research new gear, I can't put any of it on my troops in design. But the pre-made units have the gear. Huh? My specs: Windows 7 64-bit Intel i7 850 Quad Core 2.8 Ghz ATI Radeon 5870 8 GB Ram
Me too! I have faith in Stardock. They will be able to make these type of battles a reality. Not that the current system is terrible or anything. I would just rather have glorious, huge battles in place of Dungeons an Dragons hero battles. [e digicons]:D[/e]
None of this matters. Why? Because three turns from now monsters will eat your caravan. [e digicons]8C[/e]
Here is a list of bugs I have encountered while playing version 1.07. Out of memory crash (approximately every 100 turns or so) Sound issues - Dragons make human noises. I don't know if it is a design choice, a lack of variety, or a bug, but I'm leaning towards bug. Sometimes, when I am deciding where to construct a building, it's "ghost" does not appear on the tile that my cursor is over. But when I click the building does appear. Likewise, when new resourc
Well first off, I'm having a lot of fun with the game. Here are some recommendations of my own. Dragons : I was really, really excited to get dragons. Turns out it is only a young dragon, but oh well. Still, it's rather unimpressive on the battlefield. It doesn't do much damage or have much health compared to cheaper, less-upkeep-requiring unit designs. A group of Drath trumps a single Dragon. It should also be bale to bathe an entire are
Hey dev team, thanks for the great game! Anyways, there is a problem with anti-aliasing on my rig. I have to keep it disabled, or else I can't see the avatars or the creation screen for the avatars. Also, the cloth map is entirely black if i have AA on. So I have to leave it disabled. ATI Radeo 5800 series Intel i7 Quad Core 2.8 ghz 8 GB RAM Just giving the heads up. Thanks guys!
You guys are the most dedicated dev team I've ever seen. Keep up the fantastic work! Good game, amazing concept, and an outstandingly awesome dev team... it a few months it'll go from good game to a classic.
I think if someone is dumb enough to let a sensationalist article from PCG sway their decision to buy this game, screw them. I don't want them to be part of my community. :) Thanks Brad and team.
Takes a good man to acknowledge his own mistakes! When I saw that quote, I immediately did some digging, and found out that it was taken out of context. Like 95% of quotes that the media puts up. Like someone said on another post, isn't taking quotes out of context a political journalist's job, not a- um- video game journalist's? There are problem with the games Brad, but your fans know you have a small team, and we know you are going to be working on it for a long time. Keep
Just wanted to thank the dev team for a fun game. I know you guys put a lot of work into it. Is the game buggy? Yes. Is it nearly as bad as that PCG article makes it out to be? No. As I said on there website, I didn't see any articles headlined, "DISASTROUS STARCRAFT 2 LAUNCH, GAME WILL MELT YOUR VIDEO CARD: STAY AWAY." I think it's just more proof of how the video game media, even PCG, is heavily influenced by big companies like Activision and EA that pump out massive AAA titles with
