I have found that when equipped with a counterstrike weapon (sword) and the shrill shield that if an attacker strikes me and is killed by the shields lightening ability my counterstike sword allows me to hit the dead body before it fades away. This wastes my counterstrike for that turn. Andy.

It's up guys!!
Frogs love bugs - Yummy! [e digicons]:frogboy:[/e]
I call SHENANIGANS!!
Thats so cool! At last I'm tempted to play Magnar.
I like building a sprawling metropolis, mainly to grab resources to protect them. I've never been a fan of the Civ games city building concepts, so am a little concerned how this will work with Fallen Enchantress. But I am interested to see how this will be implemented. My main concerns are how do I protect resources? and will I be able to find a good spot to build my first city before the AI spams all around me? Not being able to protect resources from the
Nice to have a date, would also be nice for a fix so that we can dispell curses on cities! Andy.
Choices are good, but I love the lines. Andy.
Still can't spot his helmet either!
Possibly going to be a wet weekend here in the UK. Would be nice to have the new beta - hint hint! [e digicons][/e]
Only the Sovereign (in my experience).
Thanks Joasoze, I will give it a try. Andy.
Spell of Mastery takes something like 25 turns to cast, so you are unable to do anything until the time is up. It's happened to me, but unfortunately there is no counter to let you know how many turns have past or remain before it activates. Andy.
Not sure if this has been reported yet. If you have cast wall of fire on one of your cities and are attacked you lose your spell and ability UI from the bottom of the screen and have to click either of the auto reslove buttons to progress. I know there is a similar issue with mass curse (which has been reported). Cheers, Andy.
Maybe upon levelling up you can select more than one trait dependant on how rare they are. For example one rare trait, 2 uncommon or 3 common. Only a suggestion, but at least your level 10 or 12 end game characters would be a little more varied and interesting. Cheers, Andy.
I've seen the curse city spell in the research tree & researched it, but it is not in my spell book. So has anyone been able to use this spell yet? Andy.
How do you place a curse on an enemy city? They can against me, even when we are not at war! Cheers, Andy.
I had to google that to understand it - lol! Now I feel really old. [e digicons]:([/e]
After all injuries are acquired by an enemy champion perhaps he/she should receive a percentage penalty on constitution each time they are killed that will eventually render them with zero hit points - effectively killing them! Andy.
Battle autosave could be a nice idea Tasunke, at least it would be identifiable. Thanks for the comments guys, I thought it was just me! [e digicons][/e] Andy. PS Time to start a fresh game - no way I'm going through that again!
Please can you allow saves during tactical battles. I have just spent over 2 hours being constantly attacked and had to eventually abort my game as there was no way to save and exit. I must have fought (and won) over 50 battles that I would have lost if I auto resolved. It was not a fun experience. Please , please can you do something about this. Andy.
This happened to me last night too.
I just want to add that I'm not totally against limiting equipable items. I don't want every champ wandering around to look like Mr T or Jimmy Saville, but I think that a few more items could be equip able. If not how about a few enchanted piercings? JK [e digicons]:P[/e] Cheers, Andy.
I voted good, but only just. The last build was top-end good, but with the slow levelling up and limits on equipable items you seem to be taking quite a bit of the fun out of the game for me (just my personal opinion guys!). I loved creating uber champs with all those nice little bonus items equipped. I know the stack of doom was a big problem for most people (me too) but by putting too many limits on a sandbox game can it still be classed as a sandbox game? Gi
When you have certain weapons that give a bonus against elementals or monsters it would make sense to be able to switch during combat. If an enemy summons an elemental I would want to use the appropriate weapon. At present there are so many weapon variations but I just end up with a +100% strength 24 damage battle hammer by end game. The cost of missing a turn to switch a weapon or small item would be fine by me.
