Hi, I've downloaded the beta and opened the file but after installation it won't boot up. The shortcut on my desktop is one of those generic blank ones! So I tried to re run the downloaded file, this time it says file corrupted. Back to downloading again. 30 mins later when trying to run the downloaded file it just keeps telling me that the file is corrupted. Any advice welcome. Cheers, Andy.

Just had 4 children in my last game, I thought this had been limited to 3? As mentioned by other people, this patch doesn't seem to compare to the 1.2E changelog.

I love my 180gb OCZ SSD as an OS boot drive But I don't find it that much quicker on startup, only the shutdown seems faster (and I mean super speedy - only about 5 seconds!)
I thought that the majority of people were against city spamming (me included). But it seems that now because of tile limiting being introduced again I am being forced to build more cities. Then I find that I can't build anything because of the massive specialst increases. This has taken all the fun out of the game for me, as I liked to build huge uber cities. In my last game my Sovereign couldn't cast pillar of flame until he had an INT of 27!
With SLi mobo's you can add a second card (unlinked if they are not a matching pair) and set one to be a physx card only so your main one can handle the good stuff! But I'm not sure if Physx is supported in all games. A bit of googling may give a bit more info.
Elemental must be to blame! (jk) Because the other night it killed one of my sli config 9800GT graphics cards. Just out of warranty too! It's gonna cost me £80 to replace. That makes me a sad panda!!!!

Hi nathpm, I had this when I had set a few units to auto-explore. If I set them back to my control and then reloaded the game it seemed to resume. Not a fix I know, but it may at least enable you to continue with your game. Andy.

Just an update. I have had an answer from stardock support about a registry fix that can be applied ( http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg ) and told to save it to my works PC then double click to apply. My "My Games" tab has reappeared in Impulse and I can now reinstall my games. I'm a very happy bunny! Thanks to Matt at Stardock! Andy.
No error messages and no option to re download my digital purchase on my works PC (although I can access my serial key via impulse on my works PC). Hi folks, I was hoping to play this game at home and in my lunch hour at work (as I did with beta 4). I updated my copy on my home PC this morning and it works fine but when I tried on my work PC it said the update was available but just removed the beta version. I know it must be something to do with different IP adresses etc, but when I log in at work I can still access my Impulse account and see my registered serial numbers but am not able download v1.0.&
