Age of Wonders games allow item teleportation (using mana) as a map option, the further away and more powerful the hero the greater the mana cost. Not that the system has to be exactly the same though.
If it says "base grain/production" etc. than that is the amount without including external sites. I think sometimes the AI's cities are modified to be better, and can exceed a total of 9 (which normally is not possible within the vanilla game).
As far as I know, any time the army leader is immobilised during combat, the entire army will have 0 movement after the battle. This includes Webbing by spiders.
Probably because you are trying to build on the ore mine. You need to build the outpost within two squares of any resource you want to build on, but not on the resource itself.

I think it is important to fix the auto-resolve bug where any attack that can target more than one target automatically targets EVERY enemy, greatly handicapping the AI. See https://forums.elementalgame.com/445327 .
Didn't Brad say he was planning to have the AI players build up a invading force before declaring war? (I know this is a bit OT though.) I wouldn't mind seeing an option to show notification for current non-hostiles in your territory.

Try Heroic Pursuits which adds a lot of level-up choices. Although I guess you meant some filler traits so heroes don't go up in power so quickly.
This bug would seriously gimp the AI players.
Also for the future, you can change the forum a thread is in by editing the OP and changing the "Category" to the new forum.
As has been since it started, +Attack is always +Physical Attack, and doesn't apply at all to weapons that don't have any physical attack to start with.

Are further changes required to be compatible with Children of Storm 1.0d? It seems that: "Mods\ChildrenOfStorm_Factions\COS_factions_SpecialUnits.xml" might have been updated after your last edit. Not sure if there are any other files that were changed (check out Heavenfall's changelog).

When a hench gets the special injury, do they die at the start of the next battle, or only next time they die in battle while still carrying the injury?
Same with me. I just left it a while and it fixed itself - Stardock is not the kind of forum where you have long periods of not being able to access it.
Do you know that if you select the Warrior Tree for the Wolf Lord you can go straight to the late tree, because he already has Pack Tactics which is a Warrior skill? Who did the Wolf Lord Heavenfall? It is possible to ask their permission to include it or to upload it separately?

I'm not sure if the 15% reduction in accuracy only applies for the base accuracy. I'm pretty sure I've had a Bear do more than 6 hits to a non-prone unit, so it may be that the 15% reduction is of the remaining amount.
Also, if you use Rush, it moves up your next turn without giving you a replacement turn in the place it was before.
Which is why you defend and and give it the respect it deserves. =)
