I have a feeling ALOT will be changed or added once Beta 2 users start flooding the forums. I think alot of these people will have great ideas to make this game better. So i dont see this game being release on schedule. But hey if dont like the graphics, rules, spells, races..... devs could tell you to go ahead and make your own. Thats why the tool is there. But then again reviewers and critics dont score a game based on modding community. So it can go either way.
i never understood why Humans were always the dominant race with the biggest population while the dwarves and elves were always under populated figured if a creature lived to be a 1000+ years he will have like 10 kids and they will have a few kids as well. ok so this Beta is about making sure no bugs, balance between schools or paths (but not races), can connect to MP with no problems, and having a HUD or screen to make things easier to manage. Thanks for pointing out the mission description of beta 2. Maybe cut back on the post of ideas of how to make the game better or combat better, until we have to cross that bridge.

interesting to hear that terrain detail can be turned up, and you could adjust the level of units needed b4 things become tactical battle. But i also wanted to see both in action. THURSDAY???
I like the idea of having multiple maps within a map. IE land on city tile and then load city map. This will make some AMAZING RPG campaigns.

while this game may not appeal to everyone or all the fans of HOMM or MoM, never underestimate the modding community. They can tweak or morph this game to many different ideas. Do expect MoM remake or HOMM remake as well as table top gaming. Im not really liking the graphics presented. As from what ive seen there is ALOT of flat bland environments. but as the devs said you can add ALOT of tiles. Now for the units...
