hmm so Napoleon is completely standalone? I've been on the fence for buying Napoleon for quite a while now.

@ Annatar11 say each cap has a 3 tile radius ... so 1 is 3, 2 is 6, 3 is 9, Size 4 is 12. Then, for size 5 it goes at the normal prestige/influence rate for the first 3 tiles outwards (from center dot of city?), and on the 4th tile the rate is halved. and on the 6th tile the rate is halved again. and on the 8th tile the rate is halved again. and on the 10th tile the rate is once again halved. and then every tile after the 10th tile the rate is halved. so basically you

yea, battles in Rome and Medieval 2 kick ass. Personally I am slightly anticipating Shogun 2 (I skipped over Empire and Napoleon)

YES!!! this is awesome. The ability to have multiple partners/ multiple spouses. So lets say you have children by 3 women... Hera, Julia, and Artemis. You basically would have the Hera Dynasty, the Julia Dynasty, and the Artemis Dynasty. All 3 you would have to appease, or else risk civil war.

Anyways, I think its better for Elemental's influence to be radial from each influential center. City influence can be increasing (depending on city size) while Fort influence can be static. City influence, for instance, could increase based by Prestige but have a "cap" based on city size. The "cap" for a size 5 city could be soft-capped, or at a high invisible ceiling. Also, spawns for bandits and rebels should be able to occur wi

There are a lot of reasons to why Marijuana should be legalized Medically ... and at the same time if Marijuana WAS fully legalized it should be made with a patent block. Meaning that its open to the People, and not patent-owned.
So gangs are motivated by dealing the most lethal drugs possible? And here all this time I and every law enforcement agency thought they just wanted money and power.
Of course they want money and power. However DRUGS are the primary division between a Gang and a Secret Society. Gangs are easy to get into and are MUCH more rife with randomized violence.

If all substances/drugs were legalized, then a LOT of people would die off and EVEN MORE would become addicts for life. The Government, or whatever companies that sold the stuff, would make a lot of money, probably as much or more than Soda companies and Beer companies. There may or may not be crime to *get* money to pay for legalized drugs ... although it would be a TINY PERCENTAGE compared to the current crime in order to get drugs. Additionally, the main legalized "

Nah, legalizing Marijuana would take VERY LITTLE weapons away from gangs. Legalizing coke/ meth/ heroin would take a LOT of weapons away from gangs. Legalizing all substances would take 90% of weapons away from gangs. But yea, your right ... its probably better to just keep things the way they are.

You *are* aware that a LOT of people (most in fact) work very hard (myself not included) and only a small percentage have anywhere near a decent living. Meanwhile I and a small percentage (world population wise) of others CAN work hard and make a decent living. Anyways, there are other people that work hard all their lives and have hardly anything. Obviously I am not saying that people shouldn't work hard, but some people are able and willing to make a decent li

what, do you decry the Legality of Leagal activity? xD On a more serious note ... do you know how most gangs get their money for guns and other weapon?? Drug dealing and Prostitution. But MOSTLY Drug Dealing. To legalize drugs, while morally questionable, would be to quite literally take weapons (not all, but alot) out of EVERY gang in the US.

Heh, I'd rather the cost be in Stone (or Stone + Materials) ... or just Materials, rather than overly tied up in Gold. Something like 1= 5 materials 2= 10 materials 3 = 50 materials, 10 gold 4 = 100 materials, 20 stone, 20 gold 5 = 100 materials, 100 stone, 50 gold Honestly, if you have enough tech for step 5 I don't see the need to build *every* step. Same goes for any intermediate step as well, I don't see
