I remember wintersong mostly as the Singing Bird. Although I suppose the Blonde Cartoon Tiger is more prolific. Is it just me, or did winter change his Avatar more than three times in one day recently ...

Ring around the Beta! pockets full of Memory. Leakage. Leakage. We ALL FALL Down!
Sounds good to me. More poses, and probably more backgrounds (but likely just more poses). The more custom the Card can look, the better.
Doi, its obvoius that Wintersong is a Bot ;)
"Salt" could be an earth spell. Could cancel out ice attacks/elementals, and could make water sheilds vulnerable to electrical attacks. In fact, a sufficiently powerful earth spell could increase the amount of metal in the whole battlefield (or at least beneath the enemy). For instance, if you made the ground beneath the enemies lined with copper or diamond, then any electrical attacks in the area would attack ANYONE on that altered ground, and more effectively (max damage, ce

Eh, just allow the map to be divided by hexes, so that people can mod in a whole new set of rules centered around Hex-maps. If people can mod in hex maps, they can attempt to balance them too. Not sure how much work it would take to allow Mods to use hex-maps. Could be alot, could be a little, but it would certainly be ALOT of work to make two versions of the game (one on hex and one on squares) ... so I would prefer the actual game to only use Squares.
Hmm, maybe the color patterns for various equipment could show up on the model, wether it happens to be skin, scale, or armor. So if you were using a Titan's Pendant (extremely expensive) Your entire model would be shaded with an obsidian background and a brilliant Blue-white pattern. Demon-> model is shaded with a bright orange pattern. Ect. Of course, certain creature pendants might have something extra, like wings or horns.
Well, thus far it seems that the only way to physically kill a sovereign is to either kill him in his opposite element, or to destroy his last city and THEN kill him.
Well, I suppose (sans lore) that there could be a time of strife in kingdoms and empire. Where civil war breaks out and the quest for supremacy is accomplished. Then, at the end of it all there was one large kingdom to rule them all, and one large empire to rule them all. Even then, with all power consolidated, there can only be one! Regardless for the potential of peace, the Empire and Kingdom waged a war for superiority. The entire earth shook as the very land was transformed. Great
Post edited. I was saying that all Counter spells don't have to operate Identically in order to be equal. You don't have to be the same to be equal. That goes for Counter spells, that Goes for offensive spells, and that goes for Global spells.
Oh, I see. Well then, they are Biologically Long lived, and immune to every type of non-trauma related biological death other than aging. Murder, killing, and playing chess can kill them. But only if you try for a really, really, really long time. Honestly, I kind of half-expected as much. Still, I felt it was easier to get the Biological Immortality concept introduced first, and then perhaps, if I wanted to, add the caveat that they might still be able to event
Hmm. Well, you could do this without actually doing this. To put plainly Essence = Mana. At least for Channelers/Sovereigns. What you are potentially suggesting is that Cities require a Mana-burn maintanence. Well, I suppose you could use an "essence burn" although this would cheapen the price of essence in nearly all other circumstances. I mean, technically you could just switch everything to essence burn that would normally be costing *major* essence ... however it over-all
Henry VIII? :) still, the Idea of Shakespear in a High-Fantasy setting (as opposed to the Saxon/Briton dark-fantasy/low-fantasy of witches and superstition) with sorcerors, dragons, and powerful magical spells in the hands of Kings and Emperors ... I tend to think of Shakespear in another somewhat unsuited mechanism. Anime. Have you ever seen Romeo and Juliet the Anime?? Im not saying it wont be "good" ... its just certainly not the same.
