As I predicted well before the game was released a 77 would be what was to be expected. Just look at the support forums. Full of issues with LAUNCHING the game. That usually blows any high review scores out the window. When you read words like CRASH, COULDN'T LOAD, BLACK SCREEN etc etc others are reading them also and zooooooooom to the review sites to cut the game down. Go look at DIABLO III's user scores vs the professionals.....go on go look. :) Professional reviewers

You have not beat the game until you've played with MAX AI characters on a LARGE map and take out spell of making and completing quest. You must win with TOTAL VICTORY or DIPLOMATIC.....no other win counts. Playing on a small map with 3 opponents anybody can do. ;)

Sounds like a hard-drive issue to me. Have you run a scan disk on your hard drive lately?

When Tom Chick speaks I will listen. When Gamespot.com speaks I will listen. When PCgamerUK speaks I will listen. When Metacritic has 10 professional review scores I will listen (barring I know who they are). When 1000 gamers have posted their review scores on Metacritic I will listen. Until then this Ogre site could just be a Stardock offsite and you guys are sooooooooo gullible to believe it. ;)

I opened up my task manager and click on setup.exe 32 and attempt to delete it because the installer locked up. Then it starts installing and the window pops up do I want to really stop this process and I cancel it and the game finally installs. I don't know what happened to Direct X install portion though it never installed or worked.

My version is FREE so it comes directly from STARDOCK not from that crappy steam site. :) I will get the latest versions and the latest updates BEFORE those who have Steam versions as well. :) Because I am SPECIAL. ;)

I guess for me it's because Master of Magic never really had a campaign game. It was just full blown get into the action any way you liked back then and I grew accustom to that style of play. Never played Heroes of Might & Magic campaigns. Never played Combat Mission campaigns. I think the only game I played the campaign in that I HAD to was "Sword of Aragon" since you didn't get to randomize the map and pick the races you wanted to play. Warlords I pretty much did the same

Who is going to play the "Campaign" anyways? In all my years of gaming I have NEVER played a campaign game of these types. I'm straight to the FUN sandbox mode where I get to select everything.

What a ripoff I have to REINSTALL the WHOLE GAME AGAIN? I've already done this THREE times in the past trying to stay up with the BETA and now THIS? THIS IS A BAD WAY TO START OFF ANEW! You know how long it takes to REDOWNLOAD and REINSTALL this 3GB game with only 3.0mb per second download speed and that's at PEAK performance. There's going to be literally thousands trying to redownload and install this game today. FAIL FAIL FAIL.....this will go badly for you in review scor
