New York Nutrabaits user, Joel Harber has been putting our gear to particularly good use in recent weeks over in The USA, taking a very impressive seven fish in only nine daylight hours from a water close to his home (Now that's what you call having a nice day!). Joel reports his success on PVA bags stuffed full of mini 3D Pellets and broken up 20mm Shelf life Boilies. We have pictured Joel this month with a very striking look

I have faith that the game is going to be great. Derek Paxton will keep things ship shape and in order. I like everything I've seen so far. :)
I would think a lot of the reviewers would be frustrated with the controls because, let's face it, console controls just aren't as good and as precise as a keyboard and mouse. $15 is a fair price to me and I'm sure I'll get my money's worth anyway. Especially if there is a sandbox mode included. Not excited about the crappy DRM to be honest though.
Sounds like Derek Paxton is well aware of the problem. DIG: How have you approached the range of PC processing power on the market? D. P.: The most significant limitation for turn-based strategy games on the PC is the amount of memory a 32-bit operating system allows to an application. Our players want to play on large worlds, worlds that dwarf even the largest StarCraft II maps. On most
Part 2 was interesting. Thanks for the link.
What about modability? I'm no expert, but I'm not aware of any particular mod tools for MoM. In my eyes, that's a huge advantage for FE. Correct me if I'm wrong!
Good point. E:FE should certainly be more moddable than MoM.

See, we all knew FE was going to lack MoM's diverse races, flying units
Great news. I'll give it a spin. :)
Arr, I hate the sea and everything in it.

I don't necessarily disagree with the desire to have more spells, and in fact I would love to contribute to creating those spells (with Murteas' Grimoire or something simiiar), but the way people are demanding and even predicting a complete failure at this point is ridiculous. It looks very intriguing. I've been watching this game for awhile. I think the initial game will allow the company to get their foot in the door so to speak. After that, there are great possibilities for a game like this. I'll wait and see how the game goes at launch and then look at buying this. There certainly looks to be at least $15 in entertainment here. :)
Oh man! That game is still around? Lol. It's been a long time... [e digicons][/e]
Atari sucks. Maybe they'll make MoM2 as a FPS ala X-COM Abomination by 2K Games. The last good game ATARI put out was M.U.L.E. [e digicons][/e]
Looks pretty good. The variety seems decent and I like the fact that there are quest and unique spells. The artwork also is fantastic. A+ job there. I do miss nature spells though. As mentioned by others, I like summoning bears, wolves, treants etc. I suppose that could be modded in of course. Perhaps a "Druidish" type character could then be made. <

Fall from Heaven 2 sort of had trophies when you played the Doviello. They helped add culture and money to the city they were added to if you had the proper building built. I like the idea of using the boss monster you killed for various things as mentioned above. Extra morale is a nice idea. It'd be cool to kill a white dragon and be able to use it's scales to make cold resistant armour if you the proper building or kill a highly poisonous creature and
